Vintage Antique Sterling Silver Rhinestone Crane Brooch

Good to fair condition,missing a couple stones but is still wearable, no makers mark or engraving on it that I can find. I believe it is sterling silver but it is untested. And does not stick to a earth magnet. Measurements are in the pictures~
