Vinrage Anthony Sicari Sweater and skirt set. Size 12. Made in the USA. As noted in the photos the top has a blue stain on the cuff. I did not tried to remove it. The measurements of the sweater top are as follows pit to pit without. Stretch is approximately 22 inches. The length of the sweater is approximately 24 inches. The sleeve light from pit to curve is approximately 17 1/2 inches. The sweater does have a shoulder pads. The skirt has elastic in the back. The waist of the skirt without Stretch measures approximately 13 1/2 inches but will Stretch to about 16 inches. The skirt has two pleats in the front and one side pocket side pocket.
