Vintage 925 Gold Delicate Necklace w Heart Charm

They were both from my great grandmother. I received them about a decade ago. The heart does not belong to the necklace so i am not sure on the quality of the heart charm. However, the necklace has been stamped with a cursive D at the top and a 925 at the bottom.
