Vintage 90s y2k Scene Prom Gown Blue Floral Embroidery Beaded Fringe Size 9/10

Vintage late 1990s, early 2000s (Y2K) Scene prom gown. Blue metallic skirt with white floral embroidery. Handkerchief top with dangling beaded fringe. Tie at back for an open back look. Zip up back. Lined. There are some small holes in the inner lining but this is not visible from the outside. Please see photo for an idea of this wear. Otherwise the garment is in good vintage condition with light wear. Garment is perfect for formal events, cocktail parties, date night and school dances like homecoming and prom. Please see measurements as this item is vintage and may run smaller than current day sizing. Item is measured with garment lying flat.
