Vintage ‘90s Express Black Floral Print Button Front Midi Skirt

Waist measures 14 3/4 inches across, length is 27 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. Condition note (please read!) - a previous owner cut the bottom of the skirt but didn’t re-hem it (visible in last photo); it could be worn as is but would look better if the hem is repaired (a straightforward repair with a sewing machine) Otherwise, the skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition.
