Vintage 90s Cloud 9 Nine West black leather platform chunky block heel ankle boots. If you were in high school in 1998, you were definitely saving up your babysitting money for these! Size has worn off, they fit like a 8.5 or 9. 2.5" heel over about a 1" platform. They are gently pre-owned and free from any stains or flaws. May show light wear or scuffs from normal use.
