Vintage ‘90s Briggs New York Gray Wool Knee Length Pencil Skirt

Waist measures 14 1/2 inches across, length is 24 inches from center of to bottom hem. The size tag is a 12; it fits like a modern Medium. Condition note (last photo) - a few small holes on skirt (I placed safety pins next to them for reference) - easy fix with patches. Otherwise, the skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition.
