Vintage 90s Baby Beluga NY 100% Cotton Denim Dress Girls 12M Embroidered Plaid

Vintage 90s Baby Beluga New York denim dress, baby girls size 12 months. Made from 100% cotton with plaid trim on the pockets, cuffs, and elbow patches, plus a sweet embroidered sailor collar. The back has a wide square sailor-style collar. Button front with a drop waist and a tiered skirt. CONDITION: Tiny pinpoint hole at the center back neckline at the seam (see last few pics for close-ups). Could push the fibers thru and it would be hard to see. Also the inside size tag is wavy from heat damage (probably from an iron) but still readable. No other issues that I see. Gently used, light normal wash wear, no stains. For best fit I recommend taking measurements of a garment that fits, and compare to the measurements below.
