Vintage 80s/90s Women’s Royal Blue Lace Cutout Long Line Embroidered Shirt Top Size XL The tag has long since been removed, but it feels like cotton. This top is absolutely gorgeous in person with all the unique intricate cutouts and embroidery. It has a long line fit with dolman sleeves. It's giving JWas/Anthro vibes. It does have removable shoulder pads that are attached by hook and loop, but have seen better days (see photos). Measurements suggest that this is a women's 2XL-3XL, but it could also be worn as an oversized dress or coverup for a smaller size. Would be perfect for a warm weather holiday or tropical vacation.
