High-waisted with hook/zipper closure, front pleating, 1 fake front pocket, 2 side pockets, 1 buttoned back pocket, and back kick pleat. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. No size on tag but fits like a modern size 6. See measurements for fit. Pinned to mannequin at waist. Measurements lying flat in inches approx: Waist 13.5 Hips 20-21 Length 27 Few spots of fading and a few pinpoint stains to inner waistband that can't be seen when worn (see last 2 pics).
