Vintage 1980s Secrets blue floral midi dress. Long sleeves, blouson top. V cut back, button and zipper closure. Shoulder pads. Dress is in good condition with three small marks at front of dress, not very miserable. See picture. Please see measurements as this item is vintage and may run smaller than current day sizing.
