Vintage 80s High Waist Velvet Midi Dress in Rich Red Brown Back Buttons M

Step out in style with this elegant vintage burnt velvet dress. Its rich burgundy brown hue adds a touch of sophistication to any occasion. Vintage early 80s era. No tag. Buttons all the way in the back. I did try it on with buttons in the front, but it doesn’t fit right. High waisted. Long sleeve. Great preloved condition. Modeled in size 4, 32B, 27” waist, 5.7” for reference. Way too big. Would be great for size medium, 8/10. Please review the measurements.
