Vintage 80s Good Times Yellow Button Up Top w Bows

Vintage 80s yellow button up top with white bows & big white buttons. The shoulders have a crinoline ruffle to give the appearance of shoulder pads. It is in worn condition. There is a hole on the back collar. The buttons have scuff marks on them. It has a black mark on one sleeve which I think may be eyeliner? I tried to remove the mark but it only faded it a little. The fabric is threadbare so I'm selling for a low price. Flat measurements. Shoulder to shoulder: 15.5" Chest: 19" Length: 20"
