This is a vintage 80s sweatshirt by Blast Petites. It has a crew neckline and cropped sleeves. It features multi-color pastel stripes and a mixture of ribbed textures. The material tag is missing but is most likely a cotton blend of some sort. It is missing the size tag but would best fit an XS, and maybe a small if you wanted a slim fit look.
