Vintage 80s Back to the Future VHS Pizza Hut promotional solar shades sunglasses

The year was 1985 & so came Back to the Future with Marty McFly to save time....literally. The cassette is what we called a VHS back in the day - and if you own a VCR, itll work just fine. The box is original & the movie is in perfect vintage condition [there is some edge lightness] and the tape simply slides out one end for use. The glasses were something that Pizza Hut drove kids nuts over . These were called 'Solar Shades' & came at a special cost to pizza patrons for $1.99 if a pizza was purchased with a different style being released each week in differing colors. These were in preparation for the new movie release; back to the Future Part 2 where Marty & Doc go waaaaaay into October 21, 2015! The glasses are unscathed without any cracking & the lenses are without are scuffing of any sort. They have a greenish tint and the little arm ends have a wee bit of paint rubbed off [photographed] due to simply being enjoyed. I hope that this pair brings back similar memories and that you may pass the clickitty clacking joy of playing a VHS tape and enjoying Huey Lewis and the News on the soundtrack. Its a true classic.
