Vintage 1980s 1990s La Belle Fashions, Inc. dress made in the U.S.A. Features a vibrant tropical print in green, blue, orange, yellow, and pink on a black background. Faux wrap is achieved through a flap of fabric that ties to a strip of fabric on the opposite hip. This makes the waist slightly adjustable with the ties (can be made tighter, not necessarily looser). Scoop neck and tank top straps. No size tags. Would best fit a S/M.
