Vintage 1970s white and light orange striped button up blouse with short puff sleeves and cinched tie waist. Preppy, light academia, retro. Has mini shoulder pads. Patty Woodard California. Size 7 / 8. Pit to pit 17.5". Total length from shoulder to hem is 22". Excellent condition pre owned, just has a few small discolorations in various spots.
