Real, soft leather. Label is Napa Y Ante for Skin Gear California. Satin lining that is in good shape. Fits like a women’s medium. Shoulders: 18” Bust: 38” Waist: 37” Hips: 46” Length: 46” Sleeve: 23” Has some flaws, but is still very wearable: 1. The end of one side of the belt has surface wear one both sides of one end. 2. One pocket has come unstitched about 1 inch at the bottom and that has caused a hole in the pocket. 3. Surface scratches to one shoulder. 4. Small area with surface scratch or something spilled on the side-bottom area. 5. The lining has some faint spots, not major or noticeable but they are there. 6. Overall basic scuffs and basic wear from age.
