Vintage 70s White Collar Red Chiffon Black Floral Dress W Belt Size 8 or S/M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sidestmarket. I added the belt. The dress is in great condition, the only issue are the buttons at sleeve cuffs are gone. I dont think its noticeable at all but you could use simple black buttons easily. detailing on dress is sweet and the belt is elastic and stretchy. Dress is 41" long, collar to hem and chest is 17" across front.
