These are still new with original tags and have never been worn. This pair says color BROWN. Tag says waist 40 and inseam 35P. The inseam on these is accurate. 100% Double knit polyester. Closure is a metal TALON clasp at top with a metal GENERAL zipper. There are 2 side pockets and 2 back pockets. There is 2-1/3" of extra fabric sewn under in the pant cuffs so these could be lengthened. Measurements while laying flat: -Across waist 20" -Inseam 35" -Rise 13" -Pant cuff opening 11-1/3" across
