Vintage 70s Abstract Watercolor Kaftan Maxi Dress

Vintage 1970s boho abstract floral watercolor maxi dress. Flowy sleeves with slit on underside of arm for ease of movement. V neck front with tie at the waist. Waist tie can be worn multiple ways. ILGWU tag, made in USA. In good vintage condition! There are two small holes on the front of the dress near where the ties are attached. See photos for details. No size tag. I usually wear a size 8 or 10 and this fits me! Measurements (laying flat): Waist: 16.5" Back of neck to hem length: 55"
