Vintage 70’s / 80’s Blue Lace High Collar A-line Dress Vintage Size 9/10 Union Label Zipper in back. Has hook & eye closure at back of neck that needs repaired. Does have a spot of discoloration on front collar that can be seen in photos. Have not tried to treat it. Dress does not have any stretch. Ptp 18” Waist 28” Length 58”
