Vintage 60's~70's Carnival Toy Plastic Yellow Duck with Red Top Hat

This was my mother's and I believe it was a carnival prize back in the 1960's or 1970's. It's made of lightweight molded rigid yellow plastic with a hole from manufacturing at the bottom.
