Fine straw hat with grosgrain ribbon trim and upturned brim. These hats were called Roller Hats. Vintage, made by Ellen Faith, a mid-century milliner, most likely from the 50s - 60s. No size tag, bit it's fitted on my head which measures approx 21.5". It's supposed to be fitted, so it doesn't blow away! NOT a cheap piece from a mall kiosk!
