Vintage 50s Dark Blue Vintage Cello Straw Hat
Brim measures approx 13" across. Measures approx 4" from the forehead out to the end of the brim. Material feels like cello or raffia - dark blue woven material with mesh in the brim for shape. There is a grosgrain ribbon inside. Should fit a 21-22" head.
Condition is good. There is some visible glue inside.

Is the brim of the hat adjustable? If I want just the edges to roll up instead of so much of the hat?
