Vintage 40’s White Child’s Baby Girls Dress & Slip 3-6 months?

Vintage dress by Phyllis Baby Wear. About 8 inches at shoulder 24 inches long. Is made with liner. Also sending slip for about the same size person. Dress feels like cotton but liner and slip are synthetic material. I see one repair on dress, see pictures. Not sure of it’s age T hanks for looking. Have a beautiful day.
