This unique & collectible collapsible hat is comprised of layered thin satiny grosgrain ribbons that create a dangling & fun effect. The top, which is connected to a round top wire that's 5-1/2" in diameter, features an exquisite bullseye swirl. When in place, hat has a 4" crown drop and a 22"'circumference.
