*Description: This is a unique dome shaped pair of Vendome gold plated earrings from the early 1950s. The design of each earrings reminds me of a parasol. The clips are Vendome's signature style with a tightening screw attached so you can tighten the tension of each. The dome rippled shape with a gold top is hollow so the weight is not heavy on your earlobes. I tested the surface at 10K gold and the base metal is slightly magnetic. Each earrings is stamped VENDOME on the clip without the copyright symbol which places these earrings in circulation before 1955.
