Vintage 1940's Plates Lot of 2 Amber Silver Plated? (Read description) AS IS

These 2 plates were given to me and I was told that they are vintage 1940's salad plates The glass is amber, but I have no idea if these are considered silver plated or what the material is. Thus they are being sold AS IS. There are no cracks or chips but shows rubbing wear on edges. These are being sold AS IS. Measures 8" end to end, the inside bottom is 5" Comes from a smoke free home.
