Vintage 1940s Lowell's Advertising Cobalt Blue Glass Ashtray Top Hat Really cool vintage piece of advertising for the company Lowell's. The company made hand cream deodorant and a few other products similar. As an advertising piece to catch the eye they put their products in this and it could be a second use as an ashtray and it has the two notches for a cigarette to set in if you look closely if you flip the top hat over. Really cool looks just like a Fenton hat that is a beautiful cobalt blue and it is a true cobalt blue glass not flash. Very similar size and look to a Fenton hat see pictures for exact measurements and visual description. No chips are cracks very colorful glossy and shiny. Has some sharp or rough seams from being produced in the 1940s,near mint!!
