Vintage 1930-40s Art Deco Brown Bias Cut Silk/Lace Slip Dress

Designer Regine' Brenner hand crafted and stitched and custom made elegant silk slip-dress features traditional spaghetti shoulder straps above a lace trimmed bodice and body cut on the bias with a ribbon-cut frontispiece. There is a central embroidered monogrammed reserve at the bust line. 100% hand sewn and not machine. The back attaches to the skirt softly swooping down to a shapely rounded lower back flattering the back side. Lace trim is attached to the hem and chest line by hand each hand stitch is meticulous. It is amazing work. Blinding! The inside seams are whipstich to prevent freying. This embodies quality with femininity in finely crafted seams and high quality fabric. This slip dress is in near perfect condition. Measurements: Bust: 35" Waist: 28" stretches up to 33" Hip: 36" stretches up to 44" The fit is very accomodating for smaller and larger hip size as well because of the flare in the skirt, Length: 49" How we measure our garments: • Bust - Measured flat from underarm to underarm and doubled• Waist - Measured flat at narrowest point and doubled• Hip - Measured flat at widest point below waist and doubled• Length 49" - Measured flat from shoulder to hem.
