White, blue, and teal-blue cotton tunic dress by Vineyard Vines. Print is a mixture of paisley and seashells! Very good pre-owned condition. There is some very light stain / discoloration on one bottom side of the dress - see pic #5. Bust across the front area measures approx. 20 inches. Length of the dress measures approx. 35.5 inches.
