Vince Camuto pastel feathers dress

This spring/summer dress features soft, pastel and bright watercolor-like images of feather for a lovely yet striking dress. It's fitted with cap sleeves and a classic shape and a slightly flowy chiffon overlay that is rouched at the waist for a flattering silhouette. It has small thread belt loops but no belt; belt can be added or loops cut off.
