Decal accented by gold-tone paint framing the image. A nice image and shape for a winter blazer. Has sort of a Currier and Ives look to it (it isn't C&I). Piece would also be nice disassembled and placed on a piece of velvet in a small vintage frame. In VGUC, possibly unworn. Clasp feels secure.
