This slim but extremely versatile bag from Vera Pelle (which I bought in a little boutique in Oxford, England several years ago) converts from a shoulder bag to a backpack just by pulling on the straps. A gorgeous dark wine/burgundy color that goes with everything. It has a very nice camel-colored cloth interior with lots of pockets and a zippered central compartment. Exterior zippered pockets are easy to reach for phone and assorted other items but remain secure. This is a great travel bag: lies flat so that you can simply put in your suitcase for adventures upon arrival.
