Velvet or Suede like Size Large Olive Tank Top NWOT

Very soft feel material (man made polyester) summer top that is hip length & has string shoulder straps. Never worn, has been in my closet for 3 years or less but covered in plastic & I just never wore. It’s an unusual material but is actually not a real velvet or suede, but a polyester so should be cooler than it looks like it would be. No fading, no stains or smells! Like new condition.
