Adorable, breezy cotton voile top from Velvet. I purchased this from Evereve, where it is still at full price on the website for $145. Removed the price tags, wore once and then sadly decided it was not flattering on me. All of that said, she is the cutest top and was delightfully cool to wear on a hot summer day. White background with blue and muted red block print, border print at the hem. Slight cap sleeves, smocking right above bust line. I'm 5'5" and this hit just below my hipbones. Like brand new!
