VTG refillable butane lighter,copper/bronze Asian dragon,red stone eye,numbered

Unique gift or conversation piece, vintage refillable lighter is a fabulous detailed Asian dragon. Moulded detail brass and copper. Red stone eye. Flame comes out the mouth. Marked/numbered on back, I can’t make out the whole thing, see photo. Excellent condition with normal patina. Needs fluid and flint.
