VTG Sesame Street 1975 Fisher Price Little People Play Family #938 + accessories

Overall good condition with various amounts of wear - see photos. Some of the stickers have bubbling or wear. Some marks especially on the building. Has been lightly cleaned. Set is not complete but has many accessories, including Big Bird and his nest! Non-smoking home.
