VTG 90s Sesame Street Zoe Big face tank dress size 18 months light fading due to age small stain on front collar (pictured) that may come out. this had been washed but not stain treated. it looks to me that this is a tank dress, this would probably be so cute with leggings! please see pictures for measurements and details
