VTG 1982 Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie doll tuft Hair Blue green Eyes dimple

Super cutie pie Cabbage Patch doll preemie. Little tuft of straight hair on the top with blue/green eyes - I have a hard time distinguishing between blues and greens so please see close up picture and video. Super cute smile and has a dimple. Hes a little rough and needs some cleanup. Please see pictures and video. Has a little preemie dress on him, but that is in rough shape as shown in pictures as well. His little face does need some cleanup and he does have some marks so listing him as fair condition. His little head reads 1978, 1982.
