This wool hat is covered in vibrant feathers in jewel-toned royal blue, emerald green, magenta, and golden yellow, creating a dramatic, almost iridescent effect. A fine netting is over the feathers keeping them flush to the hat. A matching multi-colored feather cluster forms a whimsical pom-pom accent at the crown.
