VINTAGE NIGHT WAY BLACK GLITTER SLEEVELESS DRAPED NECK LONG EVENING DRESS

Excellent worn condition! I wore this dress one evening on a cruise in May 2000. No tears or stains. There is a section of the hem in the back that has come out, see photo. It needs a little stitching. Also, I removed the care tag and the size. Please see the measurements below. I apologize for the photos showing more than the dress.
