VINTAGE ART DECO/RETRO BLACK AND COPPER FLOWER HINGED SHOULDER BAG

How interesting is this? Never used hinged art deco style shoulder bag. Closes with a snap and a lovely detailed rose copper and black flower. The bottom has tic tacfabric embellishments. It's a very interesting purse! Can't really tell if it's leather but I think it is. The inside is pristine. There is no name on the purse. There are none like it on the net!
