VINTAGE 1990's Black Floral Print Lace Trim Skirt

Purchased in the mid-1990's by my Aunt, only worn by 1 person! Black midi skirt w/ red, orange, & white outline / line drawing floral print all over. Wear high waist or lower around hips. 2 slits on the side seams, 11 1/2 inches long. Bottom hem trim is sheer black scalloped lace. Sheer, may need slip or layer.
