Kashmir Rose hand painted roses #3954. Porcelain plate with hand-painted roses gold trim cut out dish/plate. There is a small piece missing off the back I'm assuming that was to hang it up on the wall does not affect the value of the plate itself I see no cracks. Overall very good condition.
