in excellent condition. only flaw is some wear to one of the ties. not noticeable when worn. see last pic. this is a gorgeous vintage vest! it comes in super soft, emerald green velvet embroidered in gold florals. the vine leaf embroidery on the front is absolutely stunning! this piece would fit right in at a Renaissance fair or at a holiday party! pit to pit: 18in shoulder to hem: 24in tag size small. true to size. has ties in the back to make it more snug.
