Flowered miniskirt from Urban Outfitters’ Cooperative label. Cream skirt with pretty floral print. Elastic waist though there’s a twist in the elastic under the fabric. It’s not noticeable from the outside. And yes, it has POCKETS! Length from waist to hem - about 14.75 inches Waist, lying flat - about 14.25 inches. Waist is elastic, so there’s some stretch. Only worn a few times, in excellent used condition! From a smoke-free and cat-friendly home!
