Unique tiered statement necklace from India

This silver and black colored necklace was purchased in India and worn only a few times so it is in like new condition. There are three tiers with detailing and black stones/beads. I do not know the materials but it feels like metal to me. The length is about 20" plus extender. Lobster clasp.
