Unique one-of-a-kind dress tagless

This is such a cute design! Probably best if the wearer isn't too busty so that the pleating in front falls a little straighter. Dress can stretch a fair bit around waist thanks to a little stretchy material on the back. There's also fabric that can be tied into a bow on the back or front. To give you an idea of how it fits: I am typically a size 6/8, wear Large in juniors, and Small/Medium in womens. Dress hits a few inches above my knees. I'm 5'3", 36C, About 145lbs, more athletic build.
